The spot takes place at a restaurant, a quiet place. A couple relishes some shrimps as the man chokes with one of them all of a sudden. His terrified partner calls for help. There must be a doctor. Or a student. Or at least a person, who knows how to perform the first aid. There is this one guy in the room, who however does know something else. Find out what that is.
